The maiden edition of models Industry Night might have come
and gone, but one thing that won’t be forgotten in a hurry is the success it
recorded despite being 1st of its kind. It was in conjunction with DCove
Suites, Surulere and KeL Concepts Ng., powered by Models Connect, a movement to
empower models mentally through networking and sharing of opportunities. Like stated above, the maiden edition was
held on the 25th of July at DCove Suites in Surulere while the
subsequent editions comes up every last Friday of the month.
Treeze was the host, and the event had the presence of modeling agencies, CEOs, DOPs, Ops, brand ambassadors, image-makers, as well as musical arts like the producer of Wizkid’s popular hit, halla at your boi, Veedee. It was glamorous at the Red Carpet as new models were encouraged to develop in their areas of strength which in return becomes their selling point. The event witness performances by several artists present including BabTRanks who performed his bring back our girls’ campaign song. After that, the DJ, China P took the audience to the dance floor by dishing out music.
